How an assessment is built

Vastu Assure separates evidence into stages so a confident-looking score is never produced from the wrong apartment, the wrong floor plan or an assumed direction.

1. Property identity

The system first resolves the exact building and, where available, the exact unit or villa reference against supported property-data sources.

2. Layout

The exact property is matched to a published or otherwise defensible floor-plan layout. Bedroom count alone is not treated as proof of a layout where several plans are possible.

3. Geographic orientation

Plan north, building orientation and the residential entrance are treated as separate facts. Towers that rotate by floor are not assigned one tower-wide direction unless the evidence supports it.

4. Vastu assessment

Only once the required geometry and orientation evidence is available does the system calculate the assessment. Verified facts, inferred facts and unknowns remain distinguishable in the output.

5. Reuse and improvement

Resolved property intelligence is intended to be reused for repeat checks. Aggregate demand analytics show which developments users are searching so evidence coverage can be expanded in response to real demand rather than guessed in advance.
