Vastu Assure is currently operating as a pre-launch property-intelligence service. We collect only the information needed to run, secure and improve the service.

Information we may process

This can include property references and developments you search, technical request information, service usage and analytics, and information you deliberately submit through an account or enquiry form when those features are enabled.

How we use it

We use information to resolve properties, generate Vastu assessments, improve coverage, understand demand, maintain security, respond to enquiries and operate customer accounts. Search and resolver analytics are used to measure reliability without sending property references to the analytics provider.

Analytics

We use PostHog for limited product analytics in production. The external analytics event schema excludes customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, development names and unit references. Technical usage status may be recorded to measure reliability.

Retention and third parties

Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for the service, security, legal obligations and product improvement. Infrastructure, analytics, mapping, property-data and communications providers may process limited information on our behalf where required to deliver the service.

Your choices

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information where applicable. A dedicated privacy contact and the legal identity of the production operator will be published before paid services are enabled.
