Purpose of the service

Vastu Assure provides property-identification, orientation and Vastu-related information to support a user's own assessment of a property. Outputs depend on the evidence available for the exact property and may be incomplete where identity, layout or geographic orientation cannot be verified.

No guessed facts

The service is designed to stop at the relevant verification stage rather than invent a floor plan, entrance direction or orientation. A result marked incomplete, unverified or requiring confirmation must not be treated as a completed property assessment.

Not professional or investment advice

Vastu Assure does not certify legal title, structural condition, planning compliance, investment performance or religious suitability. It is not a substitute for legal, surveying, engineering, financial or other professional advice appropriate to a property transaction.

Source information

Property information may be assembled from public records, developer material, mapping data, customer-provided information and other sources. Source information can contain errors or change over time. Confidence and verification status are therefore part of the assessment and should be read with the result.

Pre-launch availability

The current service is a soft-launch environment. Features may change and some account, payment, practitioner and communication functions may remain unavailable until production infrastructure is enabled. No payment should be made unless a production checkout is explicitly presented.
