Villa and apartment checks in Dubai Hills

Identify the property within its development

For a villa, record the community, phase and villa number. For an apartment, use the building and unit number. Bedroom count and floor area help cross-check a match but cannot establish it on their own.

Keep each outdoor direction separate

For a villa, examine the front door, front facade, road frontage, garden and pool independently. A rear garden should not automatically be labelled as facing opposite the entrance.

Use the correct layout and revision

A published villa type may contain several variants. Match the source drawing to the property and establish whether alterations have changed the entrance or room arrangement.

When confirmation helps

If a building outline cannot be matched reliably, confirm the exact footprint on the map. A current plan is useful where an extension or reconfigured room makes the original developer drawing incomplete.
