Identify the exact apartment
A tower name and bedroom count can lead to several different layouts. Confirm the unit, floor and stack against a key plan or another source that explicitly connects the drawing to the unit.
Measure the apartment entrance
The door into the apartment matters independently of the tower lobby, balcony and view. A pin on a map only identifies an approximate location.
Align the plan with true north
Connect a verified building footprint and plan reference to geographic north before assigning directions to any room. A mirrored layout needs its own alignment.
Review the rooms
A room-by-room assessment can examine the entrance, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and central space when their positions have been verified. Missing rooms are left out of directional findings.
