Start with the exact tower and unit

A development name alone is not enough. Record the tower, unit number and floor, then match the unit to a published layout or key plan. A neighbouring apartment can have a different or mirrored layout.

Separate the lobby from your front door

The building entrance is not the apartment entrance. A useful assessment distinguishes the unit door position, its outward facing direction and the balcony or main view.

Confirm the plan against geographic north

A compass arrow on a marketing plan must be checked against the actual building and the unit position. A map pin locates the building; it does not prove the direction of an individual apartment.

What to have ready

Use the exact building name and unit reference. If automatic matching stops, a developer plan identifying the layout or a key plan showing the unit can help resolve the remaining question.
